Family Friendly Event -- NOT a Commercial Business

The families that participate in the Night of Light events are simply families that love to give gifts and share the love of Christ.

Therefore, we are not commercial businesses.  Our gifts are free and are offered at the discretion of the parents or guardians that decide to visit our properties and events and accept free gifts.

We highly recommend close adult supervision for minor participants.

Caution

Any visitor or guest should notify the Night of Light host or hostess of any food allergies or health related problems prior to accepting a gift.  Some Host sites have candies and treats available at will and are not dispensed by an individual.  Please be advised that your participant should be supervised when consuming or being exposed to any possible allergens. Note: the candies and treats are typically purchased from reputable retailers.  Some treats or candies have products, such as nuts, etc, that may be considered an allergen to some visitors.   There is no way to screen all visitors due to costumes and rapid visitation with "trick or treat" scenarios that most neighborhoods, churches, or businesses might experience during an event such as this.  It is our hope and prayer that every participant, guest, and visitor has a safe and fun time.  Again, please take all precautions to avoid allergens or health related problems such as hyperglycemia or diabetes, etc. during such an event where the majority of participants are freely providing candy or treats randomly to large numbers of people.  Please be advised that you enter any and all properties at your own risk.

Property

We graciously welcome our visitors.  Please enter at your own risk.  Due to the many people that are traversing neighborhoods, communities and private properties in a festive mood, in costumes, carrying various items that are not normally part of their person, each visitor should be aware of their surroundings and enter the night of light properties at their own risk.  Parents and guardians should take all precautions to assist their participant to traverse each property, road, or potential obstacle in the safest manner.

Emergencies

If any participant experiences an emergency, please Dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Be Aware and Alert

We encourage all participants, parents, guardians, or responsible parties to be aware and alert.  It is our hope and prayer that everyone has a safe and fun time.

Traveling in the Dark

Please use wisdom and preparation for participating in events that may be dimly lit.  Flashlights and Reflective clothing is recommended for events that occur after sunset.  Close adult supervision is highly recommended for all participants.
